About an hour and a half, because it covers three things rather than one: the attic, the ductwork and the equipment.
We look at the insulation depth and evenness, the ceiling penetrations, the duct runs and returns, the equipment and the panel, and the rooms that do not work. Then you get the load calculation both ways and an itemised quote you can buy any part of.
